We are committed to their well-being and that of nature! With flowering pastures, beeswe.love creates new habitats, settles new bee colonies and thus strengthens our local biosphere. And because a big task needs many hands, NAP has taken on the sponsorship of its own bee colony this year.
In doing so, we ensure year-round care by experienced beekeepers who work to high standards in the spirit of bee-friendly beekeeping. The premium honey produced here with care and extensive experience has already been awarded the gold medal twice by the Landesverband Badischer Imker e.V.  <\/p>\n

As a family-owned company with roots in Pforzheim, it is particularly important to us to be socially engaged in our local area as well. We actively help shape the economic and regulatory framework. In networks, committees and initiatives, we represent the interests of industry and contribute solutions that have proven themselves in everyday practice. In this context, we are an official member of wvib \u2013 Wirtschaftsverband Industrieller Unternehmen Baden e. V., which represents numerous medium-sized industrial companies and acts as an interface between business, politics and public administration.
The wvib is regularly consulted by federal and state policymakers as part of legislative procedures. This enables the association to submit statements on political measures, legal regulations and economic framework conditions and to present the perspective of industrial practice.   <\/p>\n
Through our membership, we are part of this dialogue between business and politics. While we do not exert direct political influence, the association\u2019s work allows experience from business practice\u2014especially regarding the practical feasibility of legal requirements\u2014to be fed into the relevant discussion processes.
We also benefit from the network of more than 1,000 manufacturing companies in the Baden SME sector. Sharing valuable know-how and offering our team first-class training opportunities via the wvib Academy\u2014this is what convinced us!  <\/p>\n

Wir gestalten die wirtschaftlichen und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen aktiv mit. In Netzwerken, Gremien und Initiativen vertreten wir die Interessen der Industrie und bringen alltagserprobte L\u00f6sungen ein. In diesem Zusammenhang sind wir offizielles Mitglied im wvib \u2013 Wirtschaftsverband Industrieller Unternehmen Baden e. V., der zahlreiche mittelst\u00e4ndische Industrieunternehmen vertritt und als Schnittstelle zwischen Wirtschaft, Politik und Verwaltung fungiert.
Der wvib wird von Bundes- und Landespolitik im Rahmen von Gesetzgebungsverfahren regelm\u00e4\u00dfig angeh\u00f6rt. Dadurch kann der Verband Stellungnahmen zu politischen Ma\u00dfnahmen, gesetzlichen Regelungen und wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen einbringen und die Perspektive der industriellen Praxis darstellen.<\/p>\r\n
\u00dcber unsere Mitgliedschaft sind wir Teil dieses Dialogs zwischen Wirtschaft und Politik. Zwar nehmen wir keinen direkten politischen Einfluss, jedoch k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber die Verbandsarbeit Erfahrungen aus der Unternehmenspraxis \u2013 insbesondere zur praktischen Umsetzbarkeit gesetzlicher Vorgaben \u2013 in entsprechende Diskussionsprozesse eingebracht werden.
Au\u00dferdem profitieren auch wir vom Netzwerk aus \u00fcber 1.000 produzierenden Unternehmen des badischen Mittelstandes. Wertvolles Know-how teilen und unserem Team erstklassige Weiterbildungsm\u00f6glichkeiten \u00fcber die wvib-Akademie bieten \u2013 das hat uns \u00fcberzeugt!<\/p>\r\n
