We are committed to their well-being and that of nature! With flowering pastures, beeswe.love creates new habitats, settles new bee colonies and thus strengthens our local biosphere. And because a big task needs many hands, NAP has taken on the sponsorship of its own bee colony this year.
In doing so, we ensure year-round care by experienced beekeepers who work to high standards in the spirit of bee-friendly beekeeping. The premium honey produced here with care and extensive experience has already been awarded the gold medal twice by the Landesverband Badischer Imker e.V.

Social commitment
As a family-owned company with roots in Pforzheim, it is particularly important to us to be socially engaged in our local area as well. This includes regular donations to local clubs and associations, especially in sports—not least because many of our employees are themselves involved in clubs and associations and volunteer their time.
In addition, we support the Lebenshilfe Pforzheim Enzkreis e.V. with contracts, thereby also taking on social responsibility by actively promoting the participation of people who need support. This partnership stands for a responsible and social contribution beyond our core business.
Economic commitment
We actively help shape the economic and regulatory framework. In networks, committees and initiatives, we represent the interests of industry and contribute solutions that have proven themselves in everyday practice. In this context, we are an official member of wvib – Wirtschaftsverband Industrieller Unternehmen Baden e. V., which represents numerous medium-sized industrial companies and acts as an interface between business, politics and public administration.
The wvib is regularly consulted by federal and state policymakers as part of legislative procedures. This enables the association to submit statements on political measures, legal regulations and economic framework conditions and to present the perspective of industrial practice.
Through our membership, we are part of this dialogue between business and politics. While we do not exert direct political influence, the association’s work allows experience from business practice—especially regarding the practical feasibility of legal requirements—to be fed into the relevant discussion processes.
We also benefit from the network of more than 1,000 manufacturing companies in the Baden SME sector. Sharing valuable know-how and offering our team first-class training opportunities via the wvib Academy—this is what convinced us!
